Kim DeYoung is the original Metromom—a driven, evolving woman committed to her family, her career and to managing her own home-based business with class. Dynamic, creative and eminently entrepreneurial Kim is the founder of Metromom.com and The Metromom Entrepreneurs Association.

Kim left a career in the fashion industry to design a work/life balance on her own terms and now helps other women do the same.

After working in direct sales as a highly successful representative of Melaleuca, Kim went on to create an interactive online community at Metromom.com. In striving for her own success Kim is still very focused on the success of others. This led to her involvement in Ladies Who Launch—an organization that fosters creativity and entrepreneurship for women. Kim hosts the Incubator Program in her own community in New Haven, Connecticut.
